  • Within the United Kingdom: Orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery times range from 2 to 11 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that handling time is 1 to 3 business days before shipping.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the shipping carrier's website.

5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at help@fabrout.shop, and we will do our best to assist you.

6. What should I do if I received a defective or damaged item?

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a description of the issue along with photos, and we will resolve the problem by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit.

7. Do you accept returns?

8. How do I return an item?

To return an item, contact us at help@fabrout.shop with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

9. Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

11. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times for international orders range from 2 to 11 business days depending on the destination. Shipping costs are free for all international orders!

12. Do you offer gift cards?

Currently, we do not offer gift cards. However, we are considering introducing them in the future, so please stay tuned for updates.

13. Can I modify my shipping address after placing an order?

Once an order is processed, we are unable to change the shipping address. If you’ve made a mistake, please contact us immediately at help@fabrout.shop, and we will attempt to assist you if your order hasn't been shipped yet.
